FAQ

1What is the process for receiving a golf cart

After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email and an email with a link to add more drivers to your order. Drivers must have a valid Drivers License, Insurance and must be older than 21 years of age.

After we receive your additional driver’s entry, we will make up the rental contract using DocuSign. If your rental is more than 2 weeks away, you will not receive the rental agreement until your reservation is within 14 days of arrival. Each driver will be required to fill out and sign the rental agreement. Glass Casa Carts will be the last signer of the agreement.

After Glass Casa completes the agreement, you will be emailed a copy of the agreement from DocuSign. On the final agreement PDF will be the location of the golf cart and the cart model, color, and stock number. The stock number is located on the back of the golf cart. This will be used to fill out the checkout form.

Within 15 minutes of the completion of the agreement you will receive a link to the checkout form for the golf cart. Use the stock number to complete the form and fill out all available fields. When the checkout form has been signed and completed you will see the code to unlock the lockbox on the driver’s side of the golf cart. This code will also be emailed to you as a backup in case you forget.

At the end of your reservation please return the cart to the general area where you picked it up from and place the keys back inside the driver’s side lockbox. Please scramble the code so no one can open the lockbox after you walk away.
